Planning rules
- Use the 1.0-6.0 score as the primary TOEFL target.
- Use old 0-120 scores only when comparing against a university page that has not updated yet.
- Reading and Listening usually improve fastest through volume and explanation review.
- Writing and Speaking improve when you compare each response against the rubric before doing another task.
