Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of FluentMock at fluentmock.com. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

1. The service

FluentMock provides independent practice materials and study tools for IELTS Academic, IELTS General Training, and TOEFL iBT. Currently available core practice, mock tests, diagnostics, workspaces, and progress tracking are free. Premium Access is optional and adds paid full-content access and advanced review tools.

2. Independence and disclaimer

FluentMock is an independent platform and is not affiliated with or endorsed by IELTS, TOEFL, ETS, IDP, British Council, or Cambridge. All exam names and logos are trademarks of their respective owners. Our materials are exam-style — they are not official exam questions, and your results on FluentMock are not a prediction of your official exam score.

3. Your account

  • You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
  • You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for activity under your account.
  • Do not share your account or attempt to circumvent rate limits or paywalls.

4. Premium Access

Premium Access is optional. The following terms apply when you choose a paid plan:

  • Premium Access is a monthly or yearly subscription. Plans renew through Stripe unless cancelled before the next billing cycle.
  • Payment is processed by Stripe. By completing checkout you authorize the initial charge and recurring subscription payments for the plan you choose.
  • Access begins immediately after a successful payment and remains active while your subscription is in good standing.

5. Refunds

If you were charged in error or have a problem with Premium Access, email support@fluentmock.com within 7 days of the charge and we will resolve it fairly.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Scrape, mass-download, or republish our content.
  • Use the service to train any third-party AI model or to build a competing product.
  • Attempt to break, probe, or overload the platform.
  • Use the service to harass other users or to upload unlawful content.

7. Content ownership

All practice materials, explanations, articles, and design elements on FluentMock are owned by FluentMock unless stated otherwise, and are protected by copyright. You may use them for your personal study only.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The service is provided "as is". We make no warranty that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any specific score outcome will be achieved.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FluentMock is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

10. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms. On termination, unused Premium Access time is forfeited (subject to refund review under section 5).

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the date above and, for significant changes, notify you by email.
