A grammar mistake you notice once is useful. A mistake you track five times becomes fixable. Use this audit log after every writing or speaking review.

| Rule | State the rule in plain English. | Use the before a specific institution, no article before a general concept. |
| Drill | Write two fresh sentences using the rule. | Public transport reduces traffic. The transport system in my city is crowded. |
Weekly repair rule
- Fix only the top two recurring error types each week.
- Write five new sentences for each error type.
- Use one corrected structure in your next timed essay.
- Review old errors before starting a new mock test.
